Price

Total rent depends on the size of self-storage space. Rent is a fixed price charged for a calendar year.

The price does not include VAT for VAT payers. VAT is not added for individuals and business entities which are not VAT payers.

If a long-term rental lasts for eleven consecutive calendar months, the twelfth month is free of charge.

We require a deposit equal to one month's rent in addition to the rent. The deposit will be fully returned to the tenant as soon as the storage space is duly handed over (or the contractual relationship is terminated).
